Lately, I've kind of been obsessed with cooking. Nothing fancy, but I am finally getting the hang of it. It also helps that Billy will eat anything.
A couple weeks ago mom bought me a really great magazine called Cooking for Two. There are 64 recipes, with the ingredients portioned to serve 2.
After a couple days of it sitting on my counter untouched, I finally sat down and looked through each and every page. I slowly started marking the pages of the recipes that I wanted to try. Before I knew it, I had dog-eared 20 recipes that I want to try.
I've decided to make it my new personal challenge to cook all 20 before the end of the year. It will be tough but I think that it will help me break out of my crock pot comfort zone and try something new in the kitchen.
