I am totally caught up with my Project Life after this weekend. Now I just need to photograph everything and share here. This is week 30 - the last full week in July. Sorry, I had to blur a couple things.
I didn't really have a color scheme this week. I just sort of used things that I wanted to use and then tried to bring them all together at the end. I spent way too much time on this spread so I've learned that a color scheme helps me pull these pages together quicker. All that said, I still really like how this week came together.
I used a polka dot card from the Kraft kit and a grid card from the Honey kit. I've been buying partial core kits on the Two Pea's FSOT board. I like that I can get a little bit of a bunch of kits, rather than just having one. Or none. I also have parts of the Blush kit and the Dear Lizzy 5th & Frolic kit. (I couldn't stop.)
I cropped this photo of myself from our work party to 3x4". Then I realized that a co-worker's behind would have been forever saved in our family scrapbook, so trimmed around myself. I actually like it better this way. Next to that is just a filler card I made. I could never quite get myself into the anchor trend. But, since the party was on a boat, I decided it was a good time to use these little embellishments.
Here's the right side. More color and more attempts to make this week cohesive.
We bought our tickets to the game on StubHub, which only sent electronic tickets. I saved the PDF that our tickets came in and cropped them out in Photoshop. I printed our tickets on photo paper with the rest of my photos (I print at home) so I could still keep the stubs for our album. The little people stamps are from Studio Calico. I have no idea what set!
