It was a good weekend. I did a lot of work for my shop and blog on Saturday and had so much fun doing it. My biggest focus right now is to not get caught in the timesuck that is Pinterest. I have been trying to stay motivated to keep up with the blog and my projects, but it's so easy to get caught up in Internet-land. 45 minutes later, it's time for me to start winding down and getting ready for bed.
Weekend highlights include... Our Fiesta on Friday night. We went to the Jewel and bought all the ingredients for fish tacos & margaritas. So fun. And my Grandma's 97th Birthday Party on Sunday. I still need to upload and edit the photos, but we had a small family get together to celebrate the fact that this woman is ninty-seven years old.
I'm always a little sad when the weekend ends but I have another busy week on deck. This week is my fourth week of half marathon training. I'm starting to feel 'in-shape' and that is a really good feeling. We're still drinking green tea instead of coffee... it's getting a little easier. I'm getting excited (actually beyond excited) for my trip to LA in a couple weeks. And I'm planning to participate in 'Day in the Life' on Thursday.
On top of all of that, I'm secretly hoping for a snow day tomorrow so I can stay snuggled under my blanket instead of going to work!
